Spurlock, Bobby Allen (Pops)

Bobby Allen “Pops” Spurlock, age 49 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born January 7, 1962 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Rhea & Thelma Jennings. Three brothers; Gary, Glenn and Perry Spurlock also preceded him in death. He is survived by his Sister & Brother-in-law- Lois & Tom Viars – Pulaski, Brothers & Sisters-in-law- Michael & Janet Spurlock – Barren Springs, Johnny Spurlock & friend, Sharon –Pulaski. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Bill Handy officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Spurlock family.
