Huston Spencer, 85, of Roanoke, Va., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015. Celebration of Life is 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Randolph Avenue United Methodist Church, Pulaski, Va. Arrangements are by Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
