Spence, Evelyn Marshall

Evelyn Marshall Spence, 76, of Willis, passed away Monday December 19, 2011. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Pherbia Marshall; brothers, Harless Edward Marshall and Rush Wayne Marshall.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 49 years, Harold Edward Spence; sisters-in-law, Lillian Marshall Alexander and husband, Olen, Bertha Marshall Baldwin and husband, Garrett; nieces, Sandra Dee Barron and husband, Dwight, Fay Alderman and husband, Junior; nephew, Harless Wayne Marshall; great-nephew, Colby Marshall; sisters-in-law, Ruth Higgs, Kathleen Spence, Patty Bolt and husband, James and Helen Trump; and many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2011, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Willis with Pastor Howard Nester and Pastor Norman Goad officiating. Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. at Maberry Funeral Home prior to the service.
