Spence, Douglas Eugene

Douglas Eugene Spence, 69, of Radford, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Harrison and Violet Phillips Spence; brothers, Alvin H. Spence and Leslie Spence; and sisters, Lois Spence Arnold, Ruby Spence Nichols and Marie Spence Lowe.

Survivors include his son, Jonathan D. Spence and his wife Andrea of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Ember E. Spence and Quintin A. Spence; and brothers, Vestal B. Spence of Pulaski, Elwood C. Spence of Manassas, Roger D. Spence of Ky., and Sanford W. Spence of Radford.

A memorial service will be held 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the New Life Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Christiansburg with Pastor Tom Peters officiating.
