Charles B. Spence, 78, formally of Radford, passed away Monday January 30, 2012, in Glen Burnie, Md.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Brenda Wilkinson; sons, Charles B. Spence Jr. and Ricky Spence; sisters, Lula Boyd, Mary Turman, and Martha Altizer; five grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 3, 2012, from 5 to 7 p.m. at DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2012, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Dallas Vines officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
