Kaiser, Lois Matilda Wright

Lois Matilda Wright Kaiser, 89, passed away quietly on Thursday, January 17, 2008 in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Lois grew up in Ward, S.C. and attended Clemson University where she received her RN. Lois and Wilson Kaiser were married January 30, 1954. They resided in Fairfax, Va. for over forty years. Lois worked for the Fairfax Visiting Nurse Service. In retirement, they moved to Troutville, Va. in 1993 and then to Blacksburg, Va. in 2004.

Surviving are her loving husband Wilson Kibler Kaiser; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jane Kaiser, of Pointe Pleasant, N.J.; Paul and Susan Kaiser of Blacksburg; grandchildren, David, Laura, Joshua Daniel, Kelly and Kristen; brother, Jacob Wright of Varnville, S.C.; and sister-in-law, Judith Wright of Ward, S.C. Lois was a kind lady who will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2008 at St. John Lutheran Church by Pastor Mark Graham. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to St. John Lutheran Church 4608 Brambleton Avenue S.W. Roanoke, Va., 24018. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. 366-0707.
