Sowers, Rebecca Cox

Rebecca (Becky) Sowers, 56, of Pulaski, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010, at her home. Born October 5, 1953, in Pulaski, she was the daughter of Jimmie Cox and the late Elsie Irene Davis.

She was a graduate of the Pulaski High School and the New River Community College.

She is survived by her children, Catherine Sowers and Derek Ledbetter, of Pulaski, Eric and Melissa Hagee of Pulaski, Crystal Isom, of Gailon, Ohio; father, Jimmie Cox, of N.C.; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until time of the service.
