Alfred Eugene Snavley, age 79 Dublin passed away Sunday-December 30, 2012 at the Heritage Hall Nursing Facility in Christiansburg, VA. Born April 11, 1933 in Wythe County he was the son of the late Robert Lee Snavley, SR. & Lillian Quesenberry Snavley. Brothers; George Snavley, Benjamin Snavley, Thomas Graham Snavley, sisters; Ellen Shinault, Daisy Lane, Elizabeth Grubb and Agnes Scott also preceded him in death. He is survived by his Wife Shirley Tickle Snavley – Dublin Children Debbie Snavley – Dublin Alfred Snavley, Jr. & wife, Ruth – Canfield, OH Jack Lee Snavley & wife, Sara – Columbus, OH Grandchildren Nancy Ensley Joshua Snavley Brother Robert Lee Snavley, Jr. & wife, Verlie – Max Meadows Sister Phyllis Cooper – Irwin, TN Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday January 5th, 2013 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow at the Draper Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Draper. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Snavley Family.
