Smith, Reba Carolean Townley

Reba Carolean Townley Smith, 68, of 822 Carriage Hill Drive, Pulaski died Thursday, March 22, 2007 in Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center, Dublin.

She was born in Wythe County on Sept. 16, 1938 and was the daughter of the late James O. Townley and Ila Frances Willard Townley.

Surviving are her husband, Richard McCellan Smith, Pulaski; sons, Richard Timothy Smith, Baltimore, Md., James Mark Smith, Baltimore, Md.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna Sue and Dempsey Hensley, Maine, Francis and Max Dillon, Radford; brothers and sister-in-law, James O. Townley, Jr., Baltimore, Md., Roger Townley, Radford, Paul and Anna Townley, Speedwell; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bruce Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
