Mandy Michelle Bentley Smith, age 37 of Pulaski passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at the UVA Medical Center.

Born May 30, 1979 in Radford she was the daughter of Jerry Lee Bentley and the late Marie Elizabeth Montgomery Bentley.

She is survived by her

Children – Skyler Joseph Bentley & Dakota Michael Smith – Pulaski,

Father – Jerry Lee Bentley – Pulaski,

Fiance – Richard Moser – Pulaski,

Sister – Jodie Marie Bentley & daughter, Maddy – Pulaski,

Aunt – Cindy Lee Worrell – Pulaski,

Special Friend – Franny,

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski.
