Smith-Hubbard, Dotchie E.

Mrs. Dotchie E. Smith-Hubbard went to be with the Lord on December 12, 2018. She was a member of Liberty Full Gospel Church of Radford. She worked at Hercules and ATK of Radford for 30 years and was an employee at Virginia Tech for the past six years. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Lottie Smith, she was born on September 15, 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Hubbard, sister, Louise, and brothers James, Tom, Connelly, Jeremiah, Joseph, Edward and John. She leaves to cherish in loving memory her daughter, Freda (Neice) Smith of Radford and sons Richard Smith of Pulaski, Christopher Smith of Ohio and Gregory (Binky) Smith of Radford. Survivors include her siblings; Bobby Smith of Ohio, David (Maxine) Smith of Radford, and Mary Rollins of New River and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special daughter Katrina Robinson and Melissa Jones and special friends Pannie Flynn and Michelle Wyms.
