Carroll Ann Nelson Smith, age 63 of Dublin passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born August 30, 1952 in Bland County she was the daughter of the late Wendell & Helen Hall Nelson.

She is survived by her

Children- Michael Leslie Smith, Jr. – Dublin; Rebecca Sunshine “Sunni” Harper – Dublin

Granddaughter- Danielle Bowman

Great Grandchildren- Brian Shouse & Shyna Mills

Sister- Linda Nelson – Bland County

Brothers- Terry Nelson – Rocky Mount David Nelson – Roanoke

Memorial services will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m., June 9, 2016 in the Bower Funeral Home, Chapel – Pulaski. The family will receive friends one hour before service time.
