Sheppard, Brian Stuart

Brian Stuart Sheppard, 38, of Blacksburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 21, 2008. Brian was preceded in death by his father, Elbert Sheppard.

Brian is survived by his mother, Betty Sheppard, of Blacksburg; daughter, Madison McKenzie Sheppard; brother, Joseph Sheppard and wife, Cathy; special cousin, Tony Crawford and wife, Heather; cousin, Melissa Lawson; cousin, Blake Royal; three special aunts, Joyce Surface, Bonnie Royal and Barbara Thompson; and five very dear friends, Frank Davis, Jay Davis, Todd Davis, Eddie Quesenberry and Chuck Fleeman.

Brian will never be forgotten and will forever be missed and loved.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2008, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Shake Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening, June 25, 2008, at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Blacksburg, Va.
