Steven Edward Shelor, 49. Of Christiansburg, Virginia departed this life on July 6, 2023. He was the loving father of Megan, Alexis, and Justin Shelor. Grandfather of Jacqueline Remington. Brother and other half to Bobby Shelor. Uncle to Dillon and Jessica Shelor. He was proceeded in death by his parents Robert Shelor Sr., and Linda Mae Shelor.

Steven was well known for his skills as an automotive mechanic and painter. He was an exceptional artist too, filling many sketchbooks that his friends and children all loved viewing. One of his main passions in life were motorcycles; being an enthusiast, he would ride or simply just talk about motorcycles any time he was able to. Steven touched the lives of so many people during his short journey and leaves behind so many great memories for those close to him to cherish forever. Steven will be so greatly missed by all that were blessed to know him. Being remembered as a hard-working, compassionate, and loving individual.

His loved ones will be holding a service in memory of his life on July 11th at McCoy Funeral Home of Blacksburg Virginia, starting at 6:00 PM. The family will be receiving friends from 5-6:00 PM before the service. We deeply encourage all to attend and share their memories of him, as well as celebrate his life.
