Semones, Otha Early

Otha Early Semones, 79, of Dublin, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011. He was a member of the Parrott Church of God and retired from Appalachian Power Co. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Elva McCoy Semones, of Dublin; son, Raymond Hamilton, of Fairlawn; daughter and son-in-law, Cissy and Dennis Bane, of Pulaski; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters, Vivian Kimbleton, of Radford, Emily Semones Hamilton, of Dublin, Marybell White, of Radford, and Macie Mills, of Parrott and six sisters-in law. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Parrott Church of God with the Rev. James Gholson and the Rev. Eddie Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday evening at the church.
