Self, William Hugh
William Hugh Self, 70, of Pulaski, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014, at Pulaski Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmitt and Maggie Self.
He is survived by three sons, Scott, John, and Brian; and by three grandsons, John Deklan, Kincer, and Rowan. He is also survived by a brother, Gene Self and his wife, Jinny, of Richmond; and a sister, Jackie Westmoreland and her husband, Ronnie, of Salem.
He was born and raised in Pulaski where he worked for many years as an electrical contractor before moving to Virginia Beach to work as an electrical consultant. He touched many lives with his great personality and wonderful outlook on life. He loved to play golf and socialize with friends and family.
