Seidell, Mary Horn

Mary Ruth Horn Seidell, 68 of Sinking Creek Rd., Pembroke, VA went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Kissito Healthcare in Bastian, VA. Mrs. Seidell was born on June 8, 1951 in Grundy, VA and was a daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson Horn and Martha Underwood Horn.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beatrice Mounce and six brothers, Roy Ray, Author, Edward, Monroe, Jerry and Buster Horn.

Mrs. Seidell was a CNA in the healthcare profession.

She is survived by two sisters, Gladys Horn of Grundy, Phyllis Ann Horn of Pembroke, three brothers, Garland G. Horn and his wife Lane of Powhatan, VA, James Foster Horn and his wife Debbie of Tazewell, Jimmy Horn and his wife Pat of Swords Creek, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Pembroke at 1pm with Bishop Hendricks and Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service from 12 – 1pm.
