Scott, Aloma Elaine

Aloma Elaine Scott, 49, of Pulaski, Va., passed away on Monday, October 18, 2010. She was born on May 25, 1961, in Pulaski and was preceded in death by her sister, Alesia Lynn Scott.

She is survived by her parents, Donald and Eleanor Viar Scott, of Pulaski, Va.; two brothers, Donald Kipling and Kathy Scott, of Pulaski, Va., and the Rev. David Delano Scott, of Marion, Va.; one niece, Rebecca L. Scott; one nephew, Joshua D. Scott, both of Marion, Va.; and many close friends and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services will be held 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2010, at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Mike Ingo, the Rev. Terry Eversole and the Rev. David Scott officiating. A Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2010, at Odd Fellows Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 p.m. until service time.

Flowers will be appreciated or those who prefer may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
