Schaem, Elvira Jane

Elvira Jane Schaem, 59, of Shawsville, Va., went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 15, 2008. The daughter to the late William and Minerva Kell, she was also preceded in death by her son, Patrick Andrew Schaem. Surviving are her son, Glen Dee William Schaem; grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Dillon, and Alissa; brothers and sisters, Bill Kell and his wife, Carol, Dwight Kell, James Kell, Elizabeth Derossett and her husband, Ray, Belinda Underwood and her husband, Jeff; and special friends; Barbara Richardson and Carolyn Morgan. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Good Samaritan Hospice. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, at The Horne Funeral Home.
