Cloud Patton (Pat) Saul, 63, of Elliston, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2012. He is preceded in death by his father, Douglas Saul. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Saul, of Elliston; mother, Dorothy Davis, of Floyd; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Candice Saul, of Floyd, John W. Burns, of Morehead City, N.C., Gilbert and Shannon Burns, of Morehead City, N.C.; daughters and son-in-law, Anita and Floyd Harman, of Floyd, Melissa and Drew Armstrong, of Floyd, Mary L. Burns, of Morehead City, N.C., Carmen Burns, of Jacksonville, N.C.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Randy and Patty Saul, of Floyd, Ralph Saul, of Floyd, Pete and Martha Saul, of Chesterfield, Billy and Melody Saul, of Radford; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Mike Smith, of Floyd, 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial service to be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at the Seneca Baptist Church in Elliston, with Pastor John S. Collins officiating. Family will receive friends and family over a meal at the church after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Seneca Baptist Church, Attn: Widows and Widowers Fund, 8572 Roanoke Road Elliston, VA 24089.
