Lemuel Leo Sarver, Jr., “Junior, Daddy, Wooly, PawPaw” left his beloved family farm on Craig’s Creek to meet his Heavenly Father. He was born on February 6th 1945 to Lemuel Leo Sarver Sr and Josephine Custer Sarver who proceed him in death also step mother June Keffer Sarver.

Just like his daddy, he was very passionate about the farm life and made a life for himself and his family by working with his hands. From construction, gardening, to wood working, to making Maple Syrup. He was a jack of all trades and was extremely talented at anything he tried his hand at. He enjoyed talking and visiting with just about anyone and he truly never met a stranger. He was the kindest of souls that would do anything he could to help anyone. His family was the most important thing to him and he loved them deeply.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Janet Sheets Sarver; his son Lemuel Leo Sarver III “Lee” and wife Cindy; daughter Christy and husband Kenneth Smith; step-son Tim Kennard; mother-in-law, Janis Sheets; five granddaughters, Stephanie Sherman (Nate), Virginia Taylor (J.T.), Leeann Yeisley(John), Lillian Reynolds (Storm), and Josie Smith; step grandson Malcom Frongillo; three great grandchildren Doug Yeisley, Layden Taylor, Graylyn Sherman; brother Ned Sarver (Susan) and sister Meddie Delp (Gene); step sister Betty Munsey (Bob); two brother-in-laws Ron Sheets(Sharon) and Doug Sheets (Gilda); two sisters-in-law Adele Kim (I.H.) and Karen Gayhart (Tim); numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous special friends.

The family will visit with friends Sunday February 24th from 3pm to 6pm at McCoy Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted Monday February 25th at 11am in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Lee Sarver and Jordan Myers officiating. Burial will be private.
