Rutherford, Frances Patton

Frances Patton Rutherford, 62, of Pilot, and formerly of Caretta, W.Va., passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Otis Rose; and a twin brother, Harry Lee Patton. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Turner; her best friend and sister, Brenda Lyons; siblings, Sharon Gail Patton, Rita Perdue, Otis Ray Patton, Dwana Palmer, and Charles Allen Patton; and her dog, Oreo.
