Ruth, Judy Ann

Judy Ann Ruth, 66, of Radford, passed away December 26, 2014. Judy was born December 13, 1948, to the late Lance Columbus and Ethel Giles Moore. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jack D. Moore.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Bobby Jene Ruth; her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Lisa Miles; her stepdaughters, Kelly Sowder and Cynthia Waters; and her five grandchildren, Cody, Drew, Jack, Abbey, and Sarah.

Judy worked for over 10 years as a bookkeeper. She loved gardening and was proud of her wonderful roses. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and above all, was a beloved wife, mother, and nana.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. at DeVilbiss Funeral Home Friday, January 2, 2015, with a memorial service to follow directly after with the Rev. Scott McLucas officiating. Interment will be private.
