Runions, Lola B.

Lola B. Runions, 80 ,of Narrows, departed this life Saturday morning, January 17, 2009, at New River Valley Medical Center in Radford. Born in Whitley Co., Ky. on December 9, 1928, she was a daughter of the late William A. and Clara Hackler Davenport. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Narrows and was retired from Giles Memorial Hospital as a Nurses Aide. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. Runions; and seven of her ten siblings. She leaves to cherish her memory a beloved daughter, Brenda Martin; and a grandson, Micheal Martin, both of the home; a greatgrandson, Bryson Martin; and three sisters, Lenore, Mary Lou, and Lorraine. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg. The family will greet friends after the service. The Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke is caring for the Runions Family.
