Rudisill, Norma Lois Snyder

Norma Lois Snyder Rudisill, age 90, of Prices Fork, VA died Friday, March 6th, 2015, at Heritage Hall. She was born in Long Shop, VA on January 16, 1925 to the late Walker and Elizabeth Vaught Snyder.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kenna Rudisill, and her daughter, Paula Jean Rudisill, sisters, Kathleen S McCoy, Helen S Smith, Bernice S. West and brothers, William Snyder and Modree “Mod” Snyder.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and Charlie Noonkester, a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Judy Rudisill; grandchildren, Roger Rudisill, Connie Linkous and husband, Matt, Sherri Nowlin, and husband, Philip, Ken Pugh and wife, Lisa, great-grandchildren, Abigail Overstreet, Lucas Nowlin, Erika Nowlin, Jacob Pugh, brother-in-law, Ray Rudisill and wife, Patty, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, special friends, Lois Wade and the Prices Fork United Methodist Church family. Special thanks to Dr. Lucian Robinson and the staff at Heritage Hall nursing home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:00 am McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Ballengee West Virginia at 12:30 pm. Flowers will be appreciated or memorial contributions may be made to the Walker Snyder Cemetery, c/o Larry McCoy, 907 Hethwood Blvd., Blacksburg, VA 24060, or to the Prices Fork United Methodist Church, 3365 McCoy Road, Blakcsburg, VA 24060. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday evening at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
