Royal, Pamela Linkous

Pamela Linkous Royal, age 57, passed away after a long battle with COPD. She was born in Shawsville, VA on July 26, 1961 to the late Otis and Stella Linkous. She is survived by her daughters, Melanie Graves, Rebecca Nester (Brandon); sons, Justin Royal (Bob), Bradley Royal (Lauren); grandchildren, Dylan Crismond, Alyssa Schaem, Brooklyn Nester, Brayden Nester, Braxton Nester, Waylon Royal, Stella Royal; brothers, Clayton Linkous (Jo), Butch Linkous (Gina), John Linkous; sisters, Priscilla Patrick (Mike), Ponnie Shawver (Ben), Debbie Gallimore (Eddie); as well as multiple nieces and nephews. Her family finds peace in knowing she is with her heavenly father.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. in the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Wes Conner officiating. Interment will follow in the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11-12 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
