Ross, Brenda Kane

Brenda Kane Ross, 76, of Christiansburg passed away, Friday, February 16, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother, Luella Kane and her father, Ray Kane.

She is survived by her husband, Omar Garland Ross of Christiansburg; daughter and son-in-law Lynn Ross Straub and Charles Straub III of Christiansburg; sister, Shelia K. Ashwell; brothers, R.B Kane, Sterling Kane, and Michael Kane; grandchildren, Maggie Ross Straub of Galena MD, Mollie Ross Straub of Christiansburg, Charles Straub IV and Mary Claire of Roanoke, Stuart Straub and Gina of Christiansburg, and Christian Straub of Christiansburg.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Song officiating. The interment will follow at a later date at the SW Veterans Cemetery in Dublin, VA.
