Roop, Elsie Lenora

Elsie Lenora Roop, 90, of Fries, died Monday, February 5, 2007. She was born in Pulaski County, Va. on March 26, 1916 to the late Albert & Mary Underwood Keith.

She is survived by her husband Wiley Roop; daughters & son-in-law Janet & Early Boyles, Brenda Aldridge; son Charles Roop; sister Edith Keith all of Fries, Va.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Bill Linkous officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 10:30 until 11:00 at the church.
