Helen Elliott Rogers, 90, of Pulaski, died Friday night, July 21,2006 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. She was born in Sardis, West Virginia on April 22, 1916 and was the daughter of the late Chester and Ollie Elliott. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer E. Rogers, daughter and son-in-law, Patricia R. Lewis and Steven J. Lewis, one sister, Marguerite Bland and by two brothers, Charles Elliott and Bob Elliott.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pulaski.

Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, James Chester and Cindy Rogers, Hollis, N.H.; daughter, Lorna R. Morehead, Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren and spouses, Pamela L. and Brett Whitesell, Pulaski, Steven Todd Lewis, Dublin, Amy E. Lewis, Pulaski, Bradley J. and Lisa Lewis, Elkton, Kelly M. and Patrick Stewart, Charlotte, N.C., Michael A. ad Suzie Morehead, Winston-Salem, N.C.,. Leigh Ann and Brett Monk, Fairfax, Karen Rogers, N.Y.C., Judith and William Mair, Columbus, Ohio, Julie Rogers, N.Y.C.; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, George Elliott, W. Va.; sister, Edith Meek, Ga.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gerald L. Meeks officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Monday evening from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.
