Rogers, George Bernard Jr.

George Bernard Rogers, Jr., of Blacksburg, Va., went home to “His Father’s House to be with Jesus” on March 24, 2006.

He was preceded in death by his father, George B. Rogers, Sr., and his mother, Mary Siner Rogers.

George’s friends will remember him as a very artistic person who could paint, draw and was very musically inclined.

He is survived by his soulmate and wife, Robin Carter Rogers and his precious son, George Daniel (Danny) Rogers, both of Blacksburg. He is also survived by many friends and family.

Memorial services will be held Monday, March 27, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the Blacksburg First Wesleyn Church with the Rev. John Hopkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
