Robertson, Ruby Wright

Ruby Wright Robertson, 77, of Pulaski, Va., went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at the Pulaski Community Hospital. Born in Pulaski county December 29, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Dave and Vennie Burton Wright. She was also preceded in death by a much loved grandson, Kelly Dalton; and a brother, Harvey Wright. Surviving are her husband, David J. Robertson; daughters, Patty and Dennis Dalton, Judy Turner, and Debbie and Mike Ratcliff; son, Randy and Kathy Warden; sisters, Willie LaRue, Bonnie Gregory, and Wanda Foutz; brothers, Bud, Clarence, and David Wright; grandchildren, Mark and Sherry Dalton, Lisa Kemp and Tom, Brad Ratcliff and Kristie, and Matthew Dalton; greatgrandchildren, Tosh and Brian Dalton, and Kayden Ratcliff; and special friend, Joy Taylor. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, February 5, 2010, from the Thornspring United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve McMurray officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday evening, February 4, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.
