Harold Cecil Robertson, 78, of Narrows, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 13, 2009, at Riverview Nursing Home in Rich Creek. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2009, in the chapel of Riffe’s Funeral Service in Narrows. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows.
