Roark, Darrell Wayne
Darrell Wayne Roark, 46, of Pulaski County VA, went to be with his Heavenly Father along side his brother, Wayne Patterson. Darrell was a devoted husband and father.
He is preceded in death by his grandma, Nellie Cooper; grandpa, Robert Cooper; uncle, Bobby Cooper; and aunt, Janet Queensberry.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 22 years, Diana Roark; four sons, Darrel Roark, JR., Dominic Roark, Donnie Roark, and Dustin Roark and wife Kayla; grandchildren, Hannah, Daniel, and Able Roark; mom and dad, Patricia and Donnie Lytton; many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Darrell also leaves behind his IAB Brothers including: Brady, Ricky, Travis, Ricky, Cecil, Roger, Jeremiah, Austin, and his late brother, Wayne Patterson.
Riding motorcycles was Darrell’s passion as well as his favorite thing to do. He loved all of his motorcycle brothers as well as helping people. Darrell never met a stranger and loved everyone whom he came into contact with. He will be missed more than words can ever express.
Family will receive friends on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 5-8 pm at Horne Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 11 am in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lee Sarver officiating. There will be no interment.

Oh my goodness! I met Darrell while working at Goodwill. Always smiling and friendly. Very nice man. My deepest thoughts, prayers and condolences to his wife and family. May God’s peace surround you and comfort you in Jesus name.

Darrell was a big part of my youth. We had many cook outs and game nights with him and his first wife Erin. Pleased dont forget Erin. Her and Darrell have a son together. I know she is also heart broken. I didn’t see her name. Please dont forget Erin.
