ROARK, Betty June

Betty June Roark, 61, of Twin Oaks, Pulaski passed away Monday, January 23, 2006 at her home.

Born May 1, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Eva Hylton Bales. Her sister Dorothy Bales also preceded her in death.

Surviving are her husband, Charlie Roark, Pulaski; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Emmett Tolbert-Dublin; son and daughter-in-law , Brian and Kelli Roark, Pulaski; sisters, Marlene Shrewsbury, Bluefield, W.Va., Sandy Smith, Elon, N.C., Donna Crigger, Bluefield, W.Va.; grandchildren , Brittany and Zack Roark, Kevin Tolbert.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski is handling the arrangements.
