Oscar J. (Miggie) Ritter, 64, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2009. He was predeceased by Wendall and Mary Ritter, Robert, Arvil, John, Wallace and Tammie Ritter, and Keith Buckner. Survivors include his wife and soulmate, Judy E. Ritter; daughters and sons-in-law, Loretta R. and Martin Rose, Connie and Curtis Buckner, Tanya Ritter and fiance, John Baker; sons and daughter-in-law, Oscar (O.J.) Ritter Jr., William (Billy) Ritter Sr. and fiancee, Debra Mills, and Robert and Kara Ritter; sisters and brother-in-law, Margaret R. Hancock, and Betty R. and Morris Perfater; brother and sister-in-law, Wendall H. Jr. and Daisy Ritter; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and friends, Howard and Holly Dickerson. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2009, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford, Va., 540-639-2422.
