Ritter, Mary Mills

Mary Opal “Aunt Bo” Mills Ritter, 90, of Radford, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2014. She was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and retired from AT&T.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mabel Mills, her husband, Warren Huston Ritter, sisters, Virginia Hubble, Dorothy Ratcliffe, and Katie Sue Mills, brothers, Dennis and Ralph Mills, and nephews, Richard Ratcliffe and Steve Mills.

Survivors include special nephew, Harry Hubble and his wife Patricia of Fairlawn; other nephews and nieces, Rev. Mike Hubble of Sweetwater, TN, Lynn Mason of Bristol, TN, Linda Cook of Fredericksburg, Kathy Frazier of Amosville, Barry Ratcliffe of Madison, Franklin Mills of Reno, NV, and Billy Mills of Trinity, TX; numerous great nieces and nephews; numerous great-great nieces and nephews and special great-great niece and nephew, Reece and Rylan Hubble; and sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Bowden and Elizabeth Mills.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Rockford UM Church with Rev. Ginny Tompkins officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rockford UM Church.

The Ritter family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
