Riggs, Charlotte Quesenberry

Charlotte Quesenberry Riggs, 76, of Pulaski, Va. passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin, Va. She was born in Pulaski on Sept. 9, 1937 and was the daughter of the late William Eugene and Thelma Coalson Quesenberry. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Violet Q. Newman and by a brother, Harvey Quesenberry. Ms. Riggs was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pulaski, Va.

Surviving are her niece, Elaine Newman; nephew, Wayne Doyle; sister, Lena Q. Doyle and her husband, Douglas, and her great nieces, Ann Newman, Kristen Doyle and Katie Rincon.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 23 at 2:30 p.m. from Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin, Va., with the Rev. Aaron Smith officiating. There will be no visitation
