Julie Ann Sigmon Rife, 37, of Radford, Va., passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Rife; her mother, Debra Kiser and stepfather, Andrew Kiser, of Blacksburg; daughters, April Brannock, Ashley Brannock and Stephanie Richards; brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Robin Roop, of Dublin, Va.; three grandchildren, Landon, Emma and Laykn; stepchildren, Cara, Josh, Stephen and Greg; stepgrandchildren, Becky, Kamran, Elexiss and Emily; and many friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010, at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Bowden officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, Va.
