Riddle, Jr., James Edmond

James Edmond Riddle Jr “Bucky”, 63 of Narrows, VA departed this life on December 19, 2022 in his home. Born in Giles County, Virginia on November 30, 1959, he was a son of the late James Edmond Riddle Sr. and Nannie Catherine Buckland Fleshman Riddle “Totsie”.

Bucky was an insulator with Local 80. He enjoyed fishing, and watching sports of any kind; in particular, The Cincinnati Reds, and the New England Patriots. In music he enjoyed playing his harmonica; and was recently learning to play the guitar. However, his life was spent best with his friends, family, and little dog Bella.

In addition to his parents, Bucky is preceded in death by his brothers, Gary Riddle, Eddie Fleshman, and William “Bugs” Riddle; and sisters, Barbara Jones, Vicki Vaught, and Cathy Gentry.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are wife of 36 years, Edna Hines Riddle; a brother, Ronnie Riddle of Pearisburg, VA; sister, Marsha Meadows of Blacksburg, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted for Bucky on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joseph Kast officiating.
