Timothy Lee Reynolds, 50 of Copper Hill, Virginia, went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 31, 2009 at Myrtle Beach, SC as the result of an accident. Timothy and his wife were swimming and were caught in a riptide; Timothy was able to push her to safety before he drowned. “He truly died a hero”.

He was preceded in death by his father; Wilburn Reynolds.

He is survived by his wife; Pamela Reynolds, mother; Burlene Reynolds, brother; Jerry Reynolds, nephew and his wife; Chris and Christi and their children; Clay and Carley, aunt; Wiladean Terry. Many other family and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 9, 2009 at The Stonewall Brethren Church, Copper Hill, with Pastor Jerry Hilton, Pastor Darren Landon and Pastor Elbert Naff officiating. The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
