Reynolds, Avis Hollandsworth

Avis June Hollandsworth Reynolds, age 83 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at her home. Born June 9, 1931 in Indian Valley she was the daughter of the late Clive & Ruby Quesenberry Hollandsworth.

Her sisters; Ruth Gallimore, Bessie Cox, Majella Myers, brother; Hubert Hollandsworth, several nephews and niece also preceded her in death. She attended the Pulaski Primitive Baptist Church. A retired nurse – she was an employee of the Pulaski Community Hospital for 39 years.

She is survived by her

Husband of 61 years- William “Bill” Reynolds – Pulaski

Son & Special Daughter-in-law- Danny & Martha Reynolds – Hiwassee

Brothers- Randolph & Edith Hollandsworth – Greensboro Larry & Sandra Hollandsworth – Hiwassee

Sisters- Ardith Harris – Ft. Lauderdale, FL Joyce & Don Henley – Radford Joan Henley – Bent Mt.

In-laws- Ralph & Pat Reynolds – Powatan Ronnie & Janice Reynolds – Richmond

Several nieces and nephews-

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm – Thursday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with the Brother Don Singleton officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm – Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home.
