Reece, Verona Kathryn Coe

She retired from Renfro Corporation and was a member of Westview Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Beverly Wilcox of Cana, VA, and Marilyn and Fred Martin of Dugspur, VA; a son, Anthony Dale Reece of the home; five grandchildren, Crystal Dawn Casstevens of Boonville, Kevin Phillips of Boonville, Brigette Easter of Mount Airy, Preston Martin of Hillsville, VA, and Shanda Morris of Durham; seven great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Herman Leftwich of Cana, VA; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Hylton and Betty Coe of Ridgeway, VA, and Winfred and Mildred Coe of Salisbury. In addition to her parents, Ms. Reece was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Ann Easter; a grandson, Farrell Easter; and two brothers, Melvin Coe and Joe Thomas Coe. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 4, 2011, at 2:00 PM at Westview Baptist Church, with the Rev. Darren Slate officiating. Burial will follow in the Flat Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday at Westview Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
