Ratcliffe, William Eugene (Bill)

The Rev. William Eugene (Bill) Ratcliffe, 79, of Radford, Va., passed away in his home early Saturday morning, December 4, 2010. He was a member of the National Chaplain’s Association and a member of Christiansburg Wesleyan Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ferrell Ratcliffe (Betty); four children, Danny Ratcliffe, Pauline Worrell, Rose Stump, and Ramona Mobarak; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three nieces living in Maryland; and a sister-in-law. There will be a Memorial Service held at noon on Monday, December 6, 2010, at Christiansburg Wesleyan Church, 525 Harkrader St., Christiansburg, Va.
