Toby Andrew Ratcliffe, age 59 of Pulaski passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at home. Born October 17, 1960 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Sanders Edgar Ratcliffe & Carrie Elizabeth Dalton Ratcliffe McGraw. His sisters, Jenny Collins, Louise Burton, brothers, Ray Ratcliffe and Tommy Ratcliffe also preceded him in death.

Sisters: Roberta Dean, Rev. Mary Morris, Elizabeth Akers, Eva Peak and Dreama Hancock

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Andrew Dean and Rev. Robert Culler officiating. Interment will follow at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
