Marvin Andrew Ratcliffe Jr., 82, of Radford, Va., passed away Saturday, December 18, 2010. He was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and retired from Radford Army Ammunitions Plant. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Cales Ratcliffe; his brother, John M. Ratcliffe; and his sister, Annie Mae Ratcliffe. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Darlene Marshall officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Rockford United Methodist Church.
