Ratcliffe III, William Columbus

William Columbus (W.C.) Ratcliffe III, 69, of Radford, Va. passed away on Monday, October 15, 2007 at the Veteran’s Hospital in Salem.

He was retired from the city of Radford and a U.S. Army veteran. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette T. Ratcliffe of Radford; two half brothers and their wives, James H. and Kim Ratcliffe of North Carolina and Jack L. and Sue Ratcliffe of Radford; special uncle, Charlie B. Ratcliffe of Radford; cousins, Billy Ratcliffe, Judy and Jimmy Easter, Betty Woods, Butch Ratcliffe, Bobby and Joyce Farmer and Bonnie and Floyd Woods; best friend, Melvin Carter; and all his friends of the City of Radford Street Department.
