Ratcliffe, III, William Columbus

William Columbus (W.C.) Ratcliffe, III, 69, of Radford, Va., passed away on Monday, October 15, 2007 at the Veteran’s Hospital in Salem. He was retired from the city of Radford and a United States Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette T. Ratcliffe of Radford; son and daughterin-law, William C. and Tammy M. Ratcliffe, IV of Radford; their son, Robert J. Ratcliffe; and their daughter, Tabatha R. Ratcliffe; three daughters and sons-in-law, Billie Dawn and Gene A. Atkins of Radford; their son, James E. Sifford; and their daughter, Brittany N. Adkins; Kimberly and Tim Baily; their daughter, Briana Baily; their sons, Troy and Brandon Baily; Lori Ratcliffe; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James H. and Kim Ratcliffe of East Ridge, Tenn. and Jack L. and Sue Ratcliffe of Radford.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Carter Street United Methodist Church in Radford with the Rev. Kristie Bane officiating. The Ratcliffe family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. www.mullinsfuneralhome.com
