Radford, James Daniel

James (Jimmy) Daniel Radford, 56, of Blacksburg, Va., passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at his home.

He was born in Radford, Va. on March 22, 1951. He was preceded in death by his father, James Moir (Crickett) Radford.

Jimmy was a member of the Arm Trail Hunt Club on Potts Mountain in Craig County.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Duncan Radford of Blacksburg; two daughters, Francis Radford Gilvary of Blacksburg and Selena Linkous of Los Angeles, Calif.; a grandson, Tristan Gilvary; a grandchild to be, Bella Marie Donaldson; his sister and brother-in-law, Deborah J. and Harry Stone of Wytheville, Va.; and several other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at a later date due to the expected birth of Jimmy’s grandchild. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg, Va.
