Brenda Gay Quesinberry, 60, of McGuire Lane, Pembroke, Va., departed this life on Wednesday morning, July 29, 2015, at Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital in Blacksburg after a short illness.

Born in Beckley, W.Va., on October 11, 1954, she was a daughter of Ora Lee Shuck Claypool of Danese, W.Va., and the late Lawrence Edward Claypool. She was employed as a chef with Virginia Tech Food Service.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother; her husband, Ricky Quesinberry; her daughter and son-in-law, Della and Jimmy Graham of Princeton, W.Va.; her sons and daughter-in-law, Adam and Molly Jones of Kansas, and Jeffrey Hunsucker of the home; her brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Linda Claypool of Danese, W.Va.; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Hamid Pakbaz of Atlanta, Ga., and Debra and Ranny Bryant of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and her grandchildren, Trey Graham, Andi Graham, Daniel Jones, and Cora Jones.

Memorial Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015, in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with Pastor Gary Claypool of Maplewood Chapel officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the services.
