quesenberry_wiley_hWiley H. Quesenberry, 89, of Radford, Va., died on Thursday, January 27, 2011, at his home. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen Farmer Quesenberry. Mr. Quesenberry served in the United States Navy during World War II in the Pacific Theatre, and was retired from Burlington Industries. He was an elder in the Presbyterian Church of Radford, a member and past president of the Radford Hosts Lion’s Club, a member of the Snowville Lodge # 159 AF & AM, and the Kazim Temple in Roanoke. He was also a volunteer at the Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte and Jack Roberts, of Kenbridge, Va., and Jean and Wayne Bullerman, of Hardy, Va.; and son and daughter-inlaw, Phil and Judi Quesenberry, of Radford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Jimmy Roberts, of Richmond, Va., Richard Roberts and his wife, Jamie, of Kenbridge, Va., Paul Bullerman and his wife, Crystal, of Radford, Va., David Roberts, of Seattle, Wash., Matt Bullerman and his wife, Christina, of Hillsville, Va., Jon Quesenberry, of Radford, Va., Jason Bullerman and his wife, Lesley, of Elkton, Md., Tim Quesenberry, of Waynesboro, Va., Emily Wright and her husband, Ryan, of Hardy, Va., and Rebecca Dunn and her husband, Chris, of Radford, Va.; and 11 greatgrandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters, Ilene Crigler and Dean Roop, of Radford, Evelyn Lasher, of Knoxville, Tenn., and Frances Bowyer, of Christiansburg, Va. The family will receive friends at DeVilbiss Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held at The Presbyterian Church of Radford 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2011, with the Reverend David Dickerson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park in Fairlawn, Va., with Masonic Graveside Rites by the Snowville Lodge #159 AF & AM.
